Job Title: Financial Services Director

 

Job Description

The Branch Manager will lead the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the branch, ensuring alignment with the overall bank goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the branch.
  • Executing branch strategy in line with overall Branch Banking objectives.
  • Ensuring sustained revenue growth through cross-selling Third Party Products, Retail Assets, and Business Banking products.
  • Driving CASA mobilization through focused efforts in the branch catchment area.
