Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Servicing Director to join our team. As a key liaison between our agency and clients, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination and timely project delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in both mainline and digital servicing, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will also possess strong project management abilities and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and executed.
  • Manage and deliver mainline (print, outdoor, TV, radio) and digital (social media, paid ads, content marketing) campaigns end-to-end.
  • Work closely with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver impactful solutions within timelines.
  • Prepare client briefs, campaign reports, and presentations.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients through proactive communication and consistent support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client servicing within advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
  • Hands-on experience managing both mainline and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
