We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the development of our cutting-edge AI platform. As a Principal AI Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and scaling AI-driven solutions across public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.

This role requires not only coding ability but also strong architectural thinking, leadership in AI-driven projects, and the ability to integrate across cloud environments. You will collaborate directly with executive leadership, subject matter experts, and strategic advisors to convert their deep knowledge into actionable workflows that enable intelligent, accountable, and automated actions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement AI-driven platforms across various cloud ecosystems.
  • Drive the architecture and development of the AI Agent Engine, backend APIs, and data pipelines that power our platform.
  • Lead high-performance technical teams and translate domain expertise into scalable, intelligent systems.
  • Bootstrap AI agents using the latest AI development platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP, and open-source ecosystems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering with 5+ years in Python development.
  • Strong experience in AI/ML system integration, preferably with LLMs, embeddings, and agent-based architectures.
  • Proven track record in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), with a deep understanding of cost optimization and performance tuning.
