Type : Contract (Immediate Joiners the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Cloud Migration Specialist / Architect to lead the migration of our enterprise-critical CRM applications from AWS to GCP. These systems are business-critical, technically complex, and involve multiple technology stacks including .NET Core (backend), Angular (web frontend), React Native (mobile frontend), and databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). The selected professional must have proven expertise in end-to-end cloud migrations of missioncritical applications, ensuring business continuity, zero/minimal downtime, high performance, and security Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end migration strategy and execution of Service CRM from AWS to GCP.

- Analyze existing AWS architecture, dependencies, and integrations; design optimized target GCP architecture.

- Plan and implement database migrations (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) with integrity, replication, and cut-over strategies.

- Ensure application compatibility across backend (.NET Core), frontend (Angular), and mobile (React Native).

- Set up and optimize GCP services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL, Firestore/MongoDB Atlas, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, IAM, Cloud Monitoring).

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for seamless builds and deployments on GCP.

- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP) during migration.

- Collaborate with internal development, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth handover and KT (Knowledge Transfer).

- Provide detailed documentation of architecture, migration steps, rollback plans, and monitoring Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years focused on cloud migrations.

- Strong expertise in both AWS and GCP architectures (compute, storage, network, DB, IAM, monitoring, CI/CD).

- Proven track record of migrating mission-critical, enterprise-scale applications from AWS ? GCP.

- Solid understanding of .NET Core backend applications, Angular, and React Native mobile apps.

- Expertise in multi-DB migrations (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) with performance tuning and schema optimization.

- Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/GKE).

- Strong grasp of cloud security practices, IAM, compliance frameworks, VPC setup, load balancing, and failover design.

- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) and cloud DevOps toolchains.

- Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, risk assessment, and execution to Have :

- Experience with hybrid cloud deployments (co-existence of AWS & GCP).

- Knowledge of data migration tools (DMS, Datastream, BigQuery migration, custom ETL).

- Prior experience in automotive or CRM-based application Terms :

- Duration : 3 months (extendable, if required).

- Availability : Full-time, during all working days (no parallel assignments).

- Mode : Onsite/Remote/Hybrid (as per agreement).

- Reporting : Directly to Project Lead / CTO.
