Job Title: Technical Lead

At the forefront of technology, we seek a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in shaping scalable architectures and leading development teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Python-based application development, cloud integration, and end-to-end project management. They should possess proven expertise in designing systems that integrate cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Redis, Kafka) for continuous delivery and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and lead development of cloud-native applications using Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, and Docker, Angular/Vue/React.
  • Design and implement machine learning models, ETL workflows, and NLP-based automation tools.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver scalable systems.
  • Lead code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Languages/Frameworks: Python, Django, FastAPI, Flask, Django Rest Framework, Angular/React/vue.
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Docker, Jenkins, Git, Nginx, Linux, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
  • Tools & Techniques: ETL, Web Scraping, Machine Learning, NLP, Selenium, Jira, Unit Testing
Preferred Experience:
  • Leading agile teams and delivering multiple projects across sectors like finance, healthcare, retail, and education.
  • Proven record of architecting secure and scalable backend systems integrated with modern UI frameworks.
  • Strong background in code quality enforcement, performance tuning, and technical documentation.
