Cloud Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect with 8+ years of expertise in cloud engineering and presales roles within the Cloud & Virtualization domain.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and propose cloud architecture using open-source cloud orchestrators, virtualization, and automation technology in complex multi-tenant environments.
  • Engage proactively with customers and prospects to demonstrate solutions and effectively communicate key differentiators.
  • Assist customers with initial product evaluations and testing, setting the stage for successful implementation.
  • Prioritize connecting technical project requirements with business needs to ensure position success.
  • Respond to requests for information (RFIs) or requests for proposal (RFPs), highlighting product differentiators.
  • Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
  • Manage or deliver technical validation activities, including proof-of-concepts.
  • Foster relationships with partners, enabling them to find and realize opportunities.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience implementing cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Thorough understanding of cloud technologies and concepts, working knowledge of leading private cloud platforms.
  • Proficient in container technologies, especially Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of network and application security, infrastructure hardening, security baselines, web server, and database security.
  • Awareness of other enterprise products and solutions, such as storage, security, and compute solutions.
  • Excellent written communication skills, experience preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and bill of quantities (BoQs).
  • Exceptional presentation skills and composure when interacting with various technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
  • Proven experience managing proof-of-concept activities for customers in the Cloud Domain.
  • Takes ownership of projects and strategic initiatives, striving for standardization and simplification in all aspects of work.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
