Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT operations professional with 10+ years of expertise in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, service availability, and operational excellence.

  • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Service Availability: Develop and implement strategies to improve service availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
  • Operational Excellence: Utilize ITOM platforms to monitor and optimize performance, automate recurring operational tasks, and reduce downtime.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services and drive continual improvement initiatives within IT operations to align with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Operations:

Manage the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.

2. Service Availability:

Develop and implement strategies to improve service availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.

3. Operational Excellence:

Utilize ITOM platforms to monitor and optimize performance, automate recurring operational tasks, and reduce downtime.

4. Leadership and Collaboration:

Collaborate with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services and drive continual improvement initiatives within IT operations to align with organizational strategy.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT operations management.
