About the Job

Lead Supply Chain Architect for Tavira: drive speed, reliability, and creativity across sourcing, production, and logistics.

You'll own end-to-end supply ecosystem: fabric sourcing, vendor partnerships, demand planning, inventory, and distribution.

Based in Jaipur, you'll build a scalable supply chain handling rapid launches, seasonal peaks, and national scale while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Supply Chain Strategy: Build agile, reliable supply backbone for Tavira's growth.
  • Lead Vendor & Production Partnerships: Develop strong ecosystem of processors, manufacturers across hubs like Jaipur, Surat, Banaras, Tirupur etc.
  • Forecast & Inventory Management: Partner with design and merchandising to align supply with launches and optimize working capital.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics with focus on speed and cost efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing Tavira Supply team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, merchandising, retail, and finance to ensure seamless collection rollouts.

Requirements & Skills

  • 8–10 years in supply chain, sourcing, or production.
  • Prior experience in sourcing and supply chain, with exposure to either new-age startups or large-scale industry supply chains.
  • Strong skills in inventory planning, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Leadership skills to build teams, negotiate partnerships, and drive execution.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with Jaipur as the central base.
