Procurement Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced procurement operations manager to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement operations including contract management, vendor relationship optimization, and inventory control.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor procurement performance using KPIs and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee import/export activities and customs clearance when required.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and procurement management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
