Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Display Innovation Business Development Manager to join our team at BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding display innovation business in the target area and achieving sales targets. This involves developing, maintaining, and operating sales channels, as well as obtaining and processing orders, risk assessment, and control during order negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the target area.
  • Maintain and operate sales channels effectively, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Process and manage orders, including risk assessment and control during negotiations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market dynamics and competitive situations in the target area.
  • Formulate and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by leaders and meet monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in display product sales, with a proven track record of planning and developing markets independently.
  • Familiarity with display products, technologies, and P&L management, with rich practical experience.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, diligence, and confidence, with good professional ethics and teamwork skills.
  • Quick thinking, excellent customer communication and relationship management skills, as well as negotiation and marketing skills.
  • Able to adapt to business trips as needed.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development within our company.
