About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced GIS professional with 3–5 years of experience as a Geospatial specialist. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in ArcGIS, Python, and JavaScript, and deploy scalable solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain connectors to connect with customer interfaces.
  • Communicate and understand technical requirements of customers' interfaces and develop appropriate architecture for implementations.
  • Analyze, review, and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, and debugging.
  • Evaluate software integration and maintain technical documentation.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Required Skills and Experience
  • ArcGIS Desktop /Pro, Enterprise Geodatabase, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Python and understanding how to build high-performance UI applications capable of visualizing large amounts of data.
  • Experience with front-end technologies, such as React, HTML, JavaScript, CSS languages, and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud is preferable.
  • Proven experience developing dynamic front-end web applications.
  • Prioritizes writing clean code with well-defined abstractions that reduce complexity.
  • Passionate about implementing responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Knowledge and utilization of REST API and other web services for integrating.
  • Experience with at least one RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration.
  • Experience in Azure Repo with knowledge of git and Azure Containers.
