Store Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
The selected individual will be responsible for managing inventory control, stock audits, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will handle procurement and purchasing processes in line with hotel requirements, prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals, monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and inventory.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
