Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to contribute to brand development efforts across various solution areas under the company's portfolio of products.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  1. \
  2. Market Understanding: Analyze the target audience, their triggers and barriers; competitive landscape, etc.\
  3. New Product Development (NPD): Assist in communication development across touchpoints such as product display pages, direct-to-consumer store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.\
  4. Communication Development: Manage all consumer touchpoints including social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc.\
  5. Data Analytics: Drive measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.\
  6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with relevant POCs across the marketing team, cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies/vendors.\
  7. Offline Understanding: Conduct market visits to track offline business health metrics like distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, primary & secondary revenue, visibility and planogramming.\
  8. Other Activities: Support portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc. to drive product/therapy success.\

    • Bachelor's Degree: Communication, business administration or related field.\
    • Experience: 1-2 years in brand management, consumer marketing, e-commerce or digital marketing.\
    • Skills: Highly motivated, self-driven, enthusiastic team player with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\
    • Passion: Building a consumer brand.\
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.\
    • Work Experience: 1-2 years in a related field.\
    • Personal Qualities: Motivated, self-driven and able to work in a team.\\
