Role Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Executive who is passionate about building communities, organizing events, and leveraging digital marketing tools to drive business growth. This role is ideal for a creative and self-driven professional who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture offline and online communities around our brand
  • Plan, organize, and manage brand events and activations
  • Support brand campaigns through digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve outcomes

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, community building, or event management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • A self-starter with creativity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
