ERP/EPM Engineering Team Lead

This is a leadership role that requires managing and leading a team of Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers in Hyderabad.

  • The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
  • They should also have strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.
  • Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Partner with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Engineers and Principal Engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Act as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.
  • Work closely with US leadership to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning, ensuring global priorities are translated into actionable team outcomes.
  • Support workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development.
  • Champion T-Mobile's values of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices.
  • Ensure team alignment with global ERP/EPM delivery standards and business priorities.
  • Promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and recognition programs.

  • Oracle GL and Subledger Accounting
