Job Overview

As a seasoned Oracle EPM professional, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, support, and optimization of EPM Cloud applications.

  1. Develop comprehensive solutions for FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.
  2. Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  3. Create metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, and dashboards across all three applications.
  4. Configure account reconciliations in ARCS, including profiles, formats, and matching rules.
  5. Support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations, cash flow, and reporting.
  6. Build planning, budgeting, and forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex, and financials.
  7. Manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate.
  8. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Smart View queries for end-users.
  9. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  10. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and corporate policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS (design, build, and support).
  • Solid understanding of financial close, account reconciliations, and planning cycles.
  • Proficiency with EPM Automate, Smart View, Data Management/FDMEE, and Reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and FP&A processes.
  • Ability to work in both project implementation and support environments.
