Job Title: Enterprise Security Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to oversee and implement enterprise-wide security policies and procedures. As an Enterprise Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day physical security operations and collaborate with crisis management teams to develop and implement emergency response protocols.
  • Oversee front desk security operations, ensuring proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
  • Manage security systems, including access control, CCTV, and visitor management.
  • Coordinate security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  • Provide support and guidance to third-party security teams during overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT-oriented role, including experience supporting systems like access control, CCTV, and visitor management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Indirect leadership experience.
  • Experience training and educating individuals on policy and procedure.
  • Proficiency in Lisel OnGuard, Milestone, and Eptura iOffice.
  • Knowledge of risk assessments, threat analysis, and emergency preparedness.
