Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented leader to head our educator recruitment and engagement initiatives.

The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and engagement strategies to build a high-performing educator network across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead domestic and international recruitment & onboarding of educators
  • Develop manpower planning & create resourcing strategies
  • Manage training documentation and onboarding processes
  • Support teacher deployment and contracting
  • Design and implement regular engagement activities for educators
  • Partner with leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with business growth

Requirements:

  • MBA/MA in HR (Tier-I preferred)
  • ~5 years' experience in recruitment/employee engagement (education/academia a plus)
  • Proficiency in ATS tools
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
