Job Summary:

This role involves working closely with the production team to ensure that all materials meet quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting trial mixes, documenting testing results, and updating records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality control checks on outgoing concrete and incoming materials
  • Assisting in the preparation of trial mixes for admixture, cement, and material appraisals
  • Documenting laboratory testing and updates
  • Updating records for production and strength data
  • Troubleshooting issues with outgoing concrete and discussing solutions with the reporting manager
  • Managing laboratory helpers and assigning duties
  • Ensuring good housekeeping in and around the plant
  • Communicating with customers regarding concrete compressive strength testing and issuing reports
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Civil engineering diploma or degree
  • Fresher with no prior experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
