Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Partnerships team as a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and success for Google's partners in India. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative partnership strategies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales, to develop and execute strategic partnerships that support Google's online advertising business. Key areas of focus will include content strategy planning, facilitating ongoing business and operational processes, managing operational components of partner campaigns, and identifying business growth opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You should also have a deep understanding of the media and entertainment industries, as well as experience in business development, partnerships, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. They will be highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, media, and entertainment.
