Key Requirements
  • MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 Institute with 4+ years of experience in a strategy/partnership profile
  • At least 4 years of experience managing partnerships or similar roles in BFSI sector
  • A proven track record of developing high-impact partnerships
  • Exceptional decision-making & negotiation skills
  • Strong finance acumen, including ability to create business projections
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross-functions
