","Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, adhering to company policies and external regulations.
- Manage employee data and payroll records within HRIS/payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies by staying updated on relevant changes and implementing necessary procedures.
- Coordinate closely with the HR department for employee onboarding/offboarding, promotions, and other payroll-impacting events.
- Process payroll deductions, benefits, garnishments, bonuses, and other compensation-related components accurately and efficiently.
- Generate payroll reports for both internal use and external audits, providing transparent and reliable financial information.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and earnings, fostering a positive and informed work environment.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to reconcile payroll-related accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Assist with year-end activities such as tax form distribution (e.g., W-2, Form 16), guaranteeing timely and compliant completion of administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably with a strong understanding of payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and payroll compliance regulations is essential for this role.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are required for success in this position.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions is critical.
