Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support our US Payroll Operations for a staffing company. The role involves:

Handling payroll processes

Maintaining payroll records

Coordinating with consultants & internal teams

Freshers with B. Com are welcome full training will be provided.

Male Candidates Only (No Females, since this is a Night Shift role)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) – mandatory

Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in accounting/payroll

Good communication skills in English

Basic knowledge of accounting principles & MS Excel

Exposure to payroll/accounting tools (QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex – added advantage)

Knowledge of US taxation basics (W2 vs 1099, deductions, withholdings)

Prior internship/project in finance/accounting is a plus
