We are currently seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to lead our Master Data initiatives, focusing on data accuracy, process efficiency and strategic compliance. This role will involve managing and maintaining high-quality master data for customers, vendors, materials and costing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize current processes to improve data governance standards
  • Ensure seamless integration with finance, operations and IT teams
  • Sustain accurate and reliable master data across global processes
  • Develop and implement effective reporting and month-end activities
Requirements:
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in data management, preferably in costing and operations
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle
  • Familiarity with financial and operational processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work flexible shifts in the US time zone
