Senior FP&A Analyst Role

About the Role:

Our team is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our global client's FP&A process at HCL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing monthly reports, analyzing financial performance, and creating financial models to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Analyze past results, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports by collecting, formatting, and explaining information from various sub-systems
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions

Requirements:

  • At least 3-12 years of working experience in financial planning and analysis and accounting roles
  • Experience in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, and Management Reporting
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills are mandatory
  • Good knowledge and working experience on PeopleSoft is preferred
