Gymnastics Coach Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Gymnastics Coach to lead our school's gymnastics program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics coaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with students of different age groups.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing age-appropriate gymnastics training sessions for school students. They will also develop skills ranging from basic body movements to advanced gymnastics techniques, ensure student safety during practice sessions, and maintain discipline in the training area.

In addition, the Gymnastics Coach will identify and nurture talented gymnasts for inter-school, state, and national-level competitions. They will coordinate with school sports staff for scheduling, equipment management, and event participation. The coach will also promote physical fitness, flexibility, and confidence among students.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • More than 3 years of experience as a gymnastics coach in a school/academy setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education/Sports Science (preferred).
  • Formal training/certification in gymnastics coaching.
  • Prior experience as a gymnastics coach, preferably in a school or academy setting.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work with students of different age groups.
