**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **School Head for Physical Education** who can lead and manage a team of PE staff at a reputed convent school in Faridabad. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sports and physical education curriculum at the school level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the implementation of the school’s physical education and sports programs.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise the PE teaching staff and on-ground sports trainers.
- Coordinate with the school administration for planning sports events, tournaments, and annual athletic meets.
- Ensure integration of physical education into the academic curriculum as per CBSE/ICSE guidelines.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and student engagement across all sports activities.
- Track and report student progress and participation in physical education.
- Organize talent identification and sports development programs within the school.
- Act as the key liaison between Shazam Sports India and school management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed is mandatory).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in school-based sports education, including leadership roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in handling inter-school tournaments, sports festivals, and co-curricular activities.
- Knowledge of CBSE/ICSE physical education frameworks.

**Job Title 2: PGT - Physical Education (Theory)**

**Location**: Convent School, Faridabad

**About the Role**:
We are hiring a well-qualified **PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) for Physical Education** to take theory classes for senior school students (Grades 11 & 12) in accordance with the academic curriculum.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and well-structured theory classes for physical education.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and conduct internal assessments as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Assist in evaluating student performance and maintaining academic records.
- Work closely with the Head of Physical Education to integrate theory with practical learning.
- Support the department in organizing seminars, health awareness workshops, and examination preparations.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and sports science advancements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master’s Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed is preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in teaching Physical Education at the senior secondary level.
- Good command of English and excellent classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE Physical Education syllabus (including units like kinesiology, biomechanics, psychology, training methods, etc.).
