As a leader in retail store operations, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of our boutique. This includes overseeing sales, customer service, and inventory management to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Increase sales revenue by developing and executing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer experiences through attentive listening, empathy, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, monitor product movement, and implement processes to minimize losses.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual displays are appealing and well-maintained to create an engaging shopping environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in retail management or sales.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Hindi.
