Senior Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced technical support engineer to provide top-level technical support for our software applications and integrations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Address complex technical issues and collaborate with development teams to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Provide permanent fixes for recurring issues and work closely with development teams, DB teams, and performance engineering teams to optimize solutions.
  • Experience in handling escalations from L2 support teams, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Product support or Application support.
  • Experience in Investment banking domain.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Unix scripting and debugging expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with job scheduling tools – Control M/Autosys.
  • Networking commands.
  • Excellent communication skills.
