Project Leadership Role

The Project Manager is accountable for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects across various business domains, ensuring effective resource allocation, schedule management, budget control, and quality adherence while following established project management guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume complete responsibility for project scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, allocate resources, establish timelines, and develop communication and testing strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives from inception to closure.
  • Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and key metrics.
  • Analyze project economics, providing insights on cost-benefit and ROI.
  • Proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies while driving corrective actions.
  • Oversee the acquisition and management of project resources, materials, and tools.
  • Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and executive presentations.
  • Drive process improvements and promote efficiency, automation, and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative culture, accountability, and continuous learning across teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of core project management experience in diverse environments.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and portfolios.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Advanced IT knowledge required.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
