Senior Business Development ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our facade business development efforts.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive sales growth and expand our market share in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the construction materials sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve desired outcomes.
  4. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development roles, preferably in channel sales (B2C) and direct sales (B2B) in the construction/building material industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the facade industry is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of polymers, coatings, elastomers, and related industries.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Ability to build and leverage networks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in polymers, chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • MBA preferred.
