Job Overview
  • We are seeking a talented IT Manager to join our team in Nashik, India.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing the IT infrastructure, applications, and network systems within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage IT infrastructure expenses.
  • Operate, monitor, and develop SAP S4/HANA systems.
  • Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary, in line with guidelines.
  • Manage local IT infrastructure to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  • Propose and coordinate the deployment and maintenance of IT Hardware and Network solutions.
  • Monitor performance of IT infrastructure and networks, and make recommendations for improvements as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager, or other relevant experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
