Technical Service Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Technical Service Manager.

  • This role involves identifying and creating new business development opportunities through innovative product applications.
  • The successful candidate will build relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders, while coordinating internal interfaces and ensuring compliance with our Business Principles.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting trials with our products for ice cream and frozen dessert customers, as well as handling customer projects from development to launch.

Requirements:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in food technology or dairy technology is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of technical experience in the food ingredient industry is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be result-driven, able to influence stakeholders, and work effectively as part of a team.
