Key Deliverables:

  • Develop, architect, and integrate Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), IoT devices, and mmWave small cells incorporating 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet interfaces.
  • Create technical specifications and system design documents aligned with 3GPP, IEEE, ETSI, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the integration of hardware, firmware, and software focusing on broadband performance and reliability.
  • Promote innovation in 5G NR, carrier aggregation, and backhaul technologies to drive new product releases.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation for stakeholders ensuring compliance and traceability.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a technical team focusing on system design and integration.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, QA, and product teams for seamless delivery.
  • Interact with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), System-on-Chip (SoC) vendors, and partners to ensure alignment and integration success.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot connectivity, throughput, and device-network performance using tools like QXDM, ELT.
  • Guide system validation, certification (FCC, GCF/PTCRB), and field issue resolution for 4G/5G/IoT broadband devices.
