Job Title: Data Solutions Architect

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned data solutions architect to lead our technical development roadmap, focusing on Azure Data Factory and Databricks implementation.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical debt and participating in analytics scope prioritization meetings.
  • This role involves supervising the technical assessment process, ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope and effort by the development team.
  • Candidates with prior experience as Solution Architects or Senior Data Engineers interested in transitioning into this role are encouraged to apply.
  • This position requires expertise in data architecture, modeling, and management, along with proficiency in Azure cloud services, including Data Factory and Databricks.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools such as Terraform is also essential.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services, including Data Factory and Databricks
  • Expertise in data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication skills
