System Integration Specialist

We seek a skilled System Integration Specialist to oversee the seamless integration of our core wealth management platform with external systems and services.

About the Role:

This is a critical leadership position that requires effective communication, stakeholder management, and technical expertise to drive successful integration delivery.

  • Lead system integration projects across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and secure rollouts.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and success metrics for middleware/API integrations.
  • Coordinate service requirements between developers and business teams.
  • Track and manage workstreams: real-time APIs, batch jobs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SFTP.
  • Validate data contracts, mapping, and transformation rules.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and operational risk standards.
  • Document touchpoints, workflows, and SLAs.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in project/program management of API & middleware integrations.
  • Mandatory: Experience in the wealth management / WealthTech domain.
  • Strong understanding of system integration techniques (APIs, message queues, SFTP).
  • Familiarity with API management tools.
  • Exposure to Node.js-based architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
  • Knowledge of financial data formats.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery skills.
