Office Space Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Office Space Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. This role requires a motivated and energetic individual who can work with clients to find the right office solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in sales or business development. They will be responsible for prospecting clients, suggesting properties, and coordinating site visits across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in sales and wants to play a role in shaping business strategy, marketing direction, and growth initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Client Engagement
    • Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
    • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
    • Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
    • Develop strong relations with operators such as WeWork, Cowrks, Awfis, Smartworks, and others to ensure priority access to inventory.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Strategy & Business Growth
    • Work with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger presence in Mumbai.
    • Suggest ideas and directions for still and video creatives that can boost digital lead generation.
    • Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
    • Contribute to team expansion strategies in Mumbai, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
  • Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
  • Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
