Product Manager for Diagnostics and HealthTech Solutions

As a key member of our diagnostics department, the Digital Health Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap aligned with our SuperApp vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prioritize product features based on feasibility, value, stakeholder alignment, and market trends.
  • Design scalable digital workflows across booking, logistics, and reporting to meet operational needs.
  • Integrate end-to-end eLab & retail lab processes: Order management, catalog structuring, Phlebotomist tracking & fulfillment, bundling, pricing, and returns.
  • Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination: Act as the liaison between internal diagnostics teams and external tech vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, or Business (MBA preferred).
  • 4-7 years of experience in product management diagnostics or healthtech experience.
  • Exposure to LIMS or diagnostic service delivery platforms is a strong plus.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of diagnostics workflows and digital order flows, familiarity with lab systems (LIMS), scheduling tools, and logistics platforms, as well as excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
