Job Title: Senior Golang Backend DeveloperAs a seasoned backend developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services using Golang.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
  • Architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
  • Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching technologies (Redis, Memcached)
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployments
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of backend development experience
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning in Golang
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development
  • Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is a plus
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines
