Job Description:

A Technical Lead oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of technical projects within an organization. They drive innovation, foster collaboration among teams, and ensure that technical solutions meet business objectives.


Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Engineering Background: A strong foundation in software development with 8-10 years of experience is required.
  • Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in one of the following languages: Java 8 or above (must have).
  • Tech Stack: Experience with Angular 2+, Git, Docker, SQL Server, and Spring Boot is necessary.
  • Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud providers such as Azure or Google Cloud is highly desired.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Working knowledge of continuous integration and deployment pipelines, unit tests, automation tests, and code deployment to production quickly.
  • Agile Development: Experience in agile methodologies, particularly in fast-paced environments and small teams/pods/squads.
  • Open-Source Contributions: Contribution to open-source projects or working with open-source ecosystems is a plus.
