Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a SME/QA-Customer Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong background in Quality Assurance.

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing floor support to frontline agents, handling escalation and supervisor calls, and driving innovation and process enhancements.
  • They will also be expected to manage team performance, key client metric deliverables, and provide coaching and feedback to agents.
  • In addition, the candidate will be responsible for conducting knowledge refresher sessions, performing DSAT analysis, and developing strategies to improve agent performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a contact centre environment with good credentials.
  • Proven ability to handle high phone volumes and provide excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Strong coaching and feedback skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Good understanding of Service Levels and program requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of quality tools, such as DMAIC methodology, Spreadsheet/Trix, Google Presentation, and docs.
