Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Securities Operations or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience.

  • Manage resistance and build engagement during transitions.

Having latest technical expertise in tools like Alteryx, Tachyon and other latest AI tool is a plus.
