We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our IT Security Analysis team as Team Leader - IT Sec Analyst. In this role, you'll:

  • Manage projects and tasks, track progress against milestones, metrics, and deliverables, and report on findings.
  • Investigate complex issues with an insatiable curiosity and drive to win, using technical skills to identify and resolve problems.
  • Use analytical techniques to ensure quality assurance, while maintaining multiple technical disciplines and proficiency in report preparation, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment as part of a distributed team, communicating effectively and collaborating with colleagues to achieve goals.
  • Define and refine operational procedures, workflows, and processes to support the team in consistent, quality execution of monitoring and detection and laws.

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Have worked as a DLP practitioner or expert, leading teams for response and investigations.
  • Have hands-on experience implementing, managing, and monitoring security tools and technologies related to DLP, Incident Management, etc.
  • Be proficient in security incident response lifecycle phases, able to handle, resolve data security incidents minimizing impact, and respond to escalations.
  • Have strong knowledge of various data security tool & techniques such as DLP, CASB, etc., as well as industry cyber security regulations and standards.
  • Be familiar with cyber security frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST 800-53, HITRUST CSF, etc.) and various operating systems including Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
  • Have advanced level knowledge of GDPR requirements and regulations.
