Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our team in a full-time, on-site position. The role involves managing day-to-day tax compliance and advisory responsibilities while delivering specialized services to private clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of US and Canadian personal tax compliance and planning, with experience in US/Canada individual taxation, particularly cross-border tax matters.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing US and Canadian individual income tax returns for cross-border clients, providing tax planning and advisory services, and managing client relationships.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for researching complex cross-border tax issues and providing solutions, as well as supervising, mentoring, and guiding junior staff on technical tax matters and client service delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelors or masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent designation preferred.
  • 3-8 years of experience in US/Canada individual taxation, with exposure to cross-border tax matters.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience (for Tax Manager role) with proven ability to coach and mentor team members.

On-site opportunities available in Ahmedabad, Pune, and Kochi.
