About this Role

This role is responsible for developing and implementing product strategies for Debit Card propositions, focusing on maximizing revenue and optimizing costs.

  • Develop a customer-centric product roadmap for existing and new product launches, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, from concept to launch, including PRDs, BRDs, GTMs, and post-launch metrics analysis.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions, leveraging statistical techniques for experimentation and analysis.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate complex topics, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Construct a long-term vision for the Debit Card product suite, aligned with customer and business needs.
  • Source and manage partnerships with merchants, card networks, and fintechs to enhance offerings.
  • Understand solutioning and internal system architecture to build user journeys and product features that solve pain points.
  • Manage product marketing through various channels, including push, email, SMS, owned, and paid media.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of solid product management experience in consumer-facing products, preferably in card product management in leading consumer banks.
  • Full-time Master's Degree from a Tier 1 B-School, majoring in Finance, Marketing, Management, or Business Administration.
