Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) with strong leadership and quality management skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategic benchmarks for academic and administrative excellence
  • Maintaining and enhancing quality through the University database using Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Conducting regular internal audits and evaluations
  • Organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions on quality-related themes

The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of accreditation standards and experience in handling online departments, digital education platforms, virtual audit processes, and quality assurance of online academic delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish quality frameworks for academic, research, and outreach activities
  • Design effective documentation systems
  • Collaborate with Deans of Faculties to set higher quality standards
  • Work with the IQAC team to develop and implement quality initiatives

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree (desired)
  • Sound academic credentials and excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership and quality management abilities
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in IQAC-related activities, including research publication and outreach
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with online academic departments or digital learning environments
