We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to lead our software development team.

Key responsibilities include actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and contributing to retrospective discussions. We expect candidates to possess strong problem-solving skills, a heightened sense of client service and the ability to identify and resolve incidents efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a high understanding of all phases of SDLC, experience working with Agile methodology, multi-tier architecture, web-based development and services-oriented architecture. Strong analytical and algorithmic skills are essential, along with the ability to learn and innovate.

  • 5+ years experience in software development is required.
  • IT Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in computer science engineering is mandatory.
  • Candidates should be aware of non-functional requirements and have a solid understanding of RESTful services.

To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Java, especially Spring/Spring Boot framework, JPA. A good understanding of containerized platforms like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as CI/CD tools including Maven, Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins and ArgoCD is also required.

While experience with CamelK, OAuth2, Message Broker (ActiveMQ), SWIFT network/banking environment and Open Banking would be advantageous, mastery in software engineering tools and behavior-driven development is highly valued.
