We're seeking a Program Management-driven growth professional to lead multiple high-impact initiatives. The role demands strong stakeholder management, hands-on execution, and the ability to blend strategy with operational excellence.

This includes designing and implementing Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for new and existing projects, defining customer personas, market segmentation, and positioning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, managing end-to-end program execution, ensuring timely delivery and high quality, acting as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, and Operations teams, driving effective stakeholder communication and alignment on project goals, overseeing creation, updates, and management of website content and structure, conducting regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and user-friendliness, planning and executing impactful webinars and events to boost awareness and conversions, tracking engagement and leveraging insights to refine outreach strategies.

  • 2–3 years of experience in Growth, GTM, Strategy, or Program Management roles (EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups preferred).
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deliver outcomes.
  • Experience in website management and ensuring quality through checks/reviews.
  • Exposure to building GTM plans, growth models, and product marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in planning/executing webinars/events is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • High ownership, agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
