Lead Data Analyst - Healthcare Insights

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Job Description

  • Leverage your expertise in healthcare analytics to explore and identify trends that impact predictability and affordability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop agile solutions based on well-structured hypotheses and robust test-and-learn approaches.
  • Analyze contract performance, trend variance drivers, and formulate remediation recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Develop and deploy consistent methodologies to identify and explain deviation from plan.
  • Evaluate the financial implications of identified deviations and communicate findings to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in technical coding languages (SQL, Python), enterprise databases, and data architecture.
  • Ability to index, partition, and tune model performance.
  • Experience in data warehousing, profiling, and analyzing disparate datasets.
  • 4+ years of experience building reports leveraging business intelligence reporting capabilities.
