  • As a UI tech lead, you will play a key role in shaping the user interface and interaction architecture of our system.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing responsive web page templates/components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver compelling user experiences.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define high-level business requirements and translate them into robust IDM functionality.
  • Organizing content and information architecture to enhance usability and accessibility.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required to implement interactive components and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Developing and maintaining CSS style sheets/HTML templates based on mockups from designers/style guides.
  • Refactoring existing CSS style sheets/HTML templates to bring more structure and consistency to styles across all pages.
  • Building out CSS style guide components and guiding other developers on the use of styles with new features.
  • Delivering thorough and robust IDM functionality using company toolsets while providing subject matter expertise on Recertification of Access.
  • Providing long-term strategic solutions to meet the firm's audit and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing interactive web applications.
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience working with design systems and style guides.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility principles and best practices.
